NOTE :

* Currently EDC\IDC Charges are Rs. 115\Sq. ft., however in case of any upward revision of EDC\IDC by Government Agencies or any statutory liabilities in future, the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.

Prices mentioned above are subject to revision at the discretion of  the company. Prices ruling on the date of booking and its acceptance by the company shall be applicable.

Stamp Duty, Registration with service tax and other charges shall be payable additionally.
